Ingredients

  • Chicken Sausage: Tender, juicy and meaty taste.
  • Potatoes: Perfect to add to meat dishes.
  • Sweet Peppers: Can be spicy but is taste best for baked dish like this.
  • Red Onions: Sharp flavor but turns sweet when cooked.
  • Olive Oil: Brings out incredible aroma
  • Salt and Pepper: Add to taste.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the baking dish by putting oil. Cut the veggies in uniform size. Place the vegetables into the dish then make sure to cover with oil. Add the sliced/cut sausages then dash with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast until potatoes are golden and tender. Stir after 15minutes then allow to cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. Serve.

Tips and Variations

  • Broccoli: You can add blanched broccoli on this foe another texture, taste and color adding to its overall characteristic.

Storage

  • In the fridge: This can stay in the fridge for 4-6 days as long as placed in a sealed container.
  • Freeze: This can be in the freezer for as long as 3 months. Just keep in mind that texture might be a little different but the taste must be the same.
