It was Dave Asprey, the originator of Bulletproof Diet, who created Bulletproof Coffee. Bulletproof or butter coffee is made up of healthy fats that keeps people up and energized even when following a low-carb diet.

It is a rich and creamy combination of ingredients such as coffee, butter and oil, which have high calories and fats. This fantastic coffee gives you energy while it prevents you from getting hungry.

Ingredients

  • Coffee: Rich in anti-oxidants.
  • Butter: High in fat and has low carbs. Use unsalted.
  • Coconut Oil: Contains saturated fat which helps in Keto diet.

Preparation

  1. Blend: Using an immersion blender, blend the coconut oil and butter to the coffee. Serve.

Tips and Variations

  • Cream: You can add whipped cream of 35% to make this creamy.

Storage

Better to make only a cup of what you will consume.
