Chocolates are just irresistible! Having a bite is like good memories going inside your mouth. Saying no is really hard.

This Chocolate Pumpkin Bites recipe is another healthy variant of chocolate you can enjoy even when you are conscious about your sugar level. Perfect as a dessert and snack both kids or elders can enjoy. What a bite of heaven on earth!

Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate: Chocolates can be healthy as dark chocolates are.
  • Pumpkin Seeds: The crunch in every bite.
  • Peanut Butter: The luscious creamy taste of peanut.
  • Coconut Oil: Healthy oil for this bites.


Preparation

  1. Prepare the tray: In a baking sheet, line the parchment paper.
  2. Microwave: Put the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwaveable bowl the microwave to melt. Add the peanut butter then whisk.
  3. Mold: On the baking dish, pour the mixture then sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over it.
  4. Chill: Place in the fridge until firm.
  5. Cut: Remove from the baking pan, remove the parchment paper then cut into bite-size.


Tips and Variations

You can have this prepared on cupcake papers so that it is ready for serving.


Storage

  • In the fridge: You can have this on the fridge for 4-5 days. Place in a container and have it covered.
  • Freeze: Place in a plastic or freezer bag and lay in the freezer. This can last up to 3 weeks to 1 month frozen.
