- Pumpkin Seeds: The crunch in every bite.
- Peanut Butter: The luscious creamy taste of peanut.
- Coconut Oil: Healthy oil for this bites.
Preparation
- Prepare the tray: In a baking sheet, line the parchment paper.
- Microwave: Put the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwaveable bowl the microwave to melt. Add the peanut butter then whisk.
- Mold: On the baking dish, pour the mixture then sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over it.
- Chill: Place in the fridge until firm.
- Cut: Remove from the baking pan, remove the parchment paper then cut into bite-size.

You can have this prepared on cupcake papers so that it is ready for serving.

- In the fridge: You can have this on the fridge for 4-5 days. Place in a container and have it covered.
