Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet: Salmon are good even raw what more if spices are added.
  • Rosemary leaves: Perfect fresh leaves to season and garnish this dish.
  • Lemon: Makes a good compliment to fish dish.
  • Olive Oil: Brings a distinctive aroma.
  • Salt: Added to taste.

Preparation

  1. Preheat: Have the oven preheated to 400 degrees F.
  2. Season: In a baking dish, lay the salmon fillets with lemons at the bottom, then top with 2 sprigs of rosemary. Sprinkle salt and the remaining 2 sprigs of rosemary. Top the remaining lemon and drizzle with Olive oil.
  3. Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven then cook for 20 minutes.

Tips and Variations

Capers: This can be added to as a garnish or seasoning to this dish giving it an extra.

Storage

  • In the fridge: Extend its shelf life by placing in a container covered tightly then put in the fridge. Refrigerating keeps the dish for another 4-5 days.
  • Freeze: You can have this in freezer then microwave after thawing to make it last for 4-7 weeks more. Just place in a freezer bag then lay in the freezer.
